- Step 1: Select the 'Handwrite & send direct to recipient' option from the dropdown menu

- Step 2: Type your personal message to the recipient in the message box

HOW MANY WORDS CAN I INCLUDE?

Our mini greeting cards are A7 in size and allow for a maximum of 250 characters.

CAN I SEND MORE THAN ONE HANDWRITTEN CARD TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?

Yes absolutely! With our current technology, you will need to place a separate order for each handwritten card you wish to send but - don't worry - delivery starts from just £1.00 and we are working on giving you the option to order multiple handwritten cards to multiple addresses in a single order - please bear with us and watch this space :-)

TIPS FOR YOUR MESSAGE

Please make sure your recipient will know who the card is from as it is posted to them without any other order details. Double check your message for typos and make sure you're happy with it prior to ordering - don't worry, if you do spot a mistake, get in touch with us straight away and we will do our best to make any amendments prior to dispatch.

NOTES ON SERVICE

Whilst we can't promise super-duper swirly whirly calligraphy-style writing, we do promise to write your messages with as much love and care as they were intended. Kindly note that, if the 'Handwrite & Send Direct to Recipient' option is not selected, the handwritten message will not be included. The handwritten message will be written inside the greeting card only (the pop out decoration is not handwritten or personalised). Please double-check that the recipient's address is entered under the shipping address.

DELIVERY TIMES

Current dispatch times are as follows:

• Orders placed Mon-Thurs (up to 4.00pm) will be dispatched the next day
• Orders placed Fri-Sun will be dispatched on Tuesday
• In addition to the above, orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next working day 

Royal Mail service update:

We are aware that some customers are continuing to experience delays with deliveries. Please bear with us and the posties and allow plenty of time for delivery. We would advise selecting the 1st Class Delivery option where necessary.  Note that the delivery times quoted below are an estimate and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
